The 2023-2024 school year was LancLebbase’s inaugural season covering the Lancaster Lebanon League fully, complete with this website. Manheim Township was able to win their 11th League Championship over Hempfield with a final of 5-1. Hempfield was then able to rebound and win both the 2024 District 3 6A Crown over Ephrata 9-3, as well as their first State Championship in school history; the first PIAA Championship brought back to the LL since Warwick in 2022. The pesky Blue Streaks in Neffsville snuck in on the final day of the regular season to punch their ticket to the league playoffs, and were able to come out on top with the gold. After a few late season gut check wins to qualify, MT beat both Donegal and Ephrata 2-1 in the quarterfinals and semifinals, and were able to beat Hempfield 5-1 in the Championship. The Ephrata Mountaineers were able to defend their Section 2 crown, as they beat Lancaster Catholic in the first round of leagues before falling to the aforementioned MT Blue Streaks. They then went on a wild D3 run, winning 3 tight games over quality opponents, including the 2023 D3 6A Champs in Cedar Cliff. They then fell in the D3 Championship, and then lost to Downingtown East 9-2 in States. Lampeter Strasburg also had a very successful season, qualifying for the 5A State Playoffs for the first time since 2019, when they reached the 5A State Championship. In 2024, the Pioneers reached the League semifinals, District 3 3rd place game, and finished as a State Playoff Qualifier. LS is the only team in the league since 2020 to reach the league semifinals each year. Then In Section 3, Donegal was able to win Section 3 with a 16-4 regular season resume. They fell abruptly in the first round of both Leagues and Districts. Manheim Central slid into the 2nd spot in Sect. 3 with a 13-7 record, and also fell in the 1st round of Leagues and Districts. Although not qualifying for leagues, the ELCO Raiders were the talk of the league late in the year. They upset 1 seeded Bermudian Springs by run rule, and propelled themselves into the 4A District Championship, before falling to 2 seeded East Pennsboro. To close it out in Section 4, Northern Lebanon dominated with an astounding 18-2 regular season record. They dropped a tough game to LS in round one of leagues, and fell to Fleetwood at home in Districts to end their year. Lancaster Catholic snagged the 2nd spot in 4, and lost to Ephrata in the first round 7-1.  They then also dropped their opening District game to their familiar foes in Pequea Valley 4-3.
